Overnight Security OfficerTreston Security Services is hiring a professional and dependable Overnight Security Officer for an HOA/residential community in Culver City, CA.This position is ideal for someone who understands that residential security requires a balance of security awareness and excellent customer service. Officers will interact regularly with residents, guests, vendors, and property personnel while helping maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.Previous HOA or residential security experience is preferred; however, candidates with a strong customer service background are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a professional and visible security presence throughout the propertyConduct regular patrols of assigned areasMonitor entrances, exits, common areas, and property surroundingsAssist with access control and visitor proceduresInteract professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and property personnelObserve and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and property issuesRespond appropriately to resident concerns and security-related incidentsUtilize professional communication and de-escalation techniquesComplete accurate daily activity and incident reportsFollow property post orders and Treston Security Services policies and proceduresProvide a high level of customer service while maintaining appropriate security standardsRequired QualificationsActive California Guard Card – REQUIREDPhysical California Guard Card must be in your possessionValid Driver's License – REQUIREDPowers to Arrest training/certificate requiredAppropriate Use of Force training/certificate requiredMust be available to work 10:00 PM–6:30 AMMust be available at least one weekend dayStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorDependable attendance and punctualityAbility to remain alert and professional throughout a graveyard shiftAbility to stand, walk, and conduct patrols for extended periods as requiredPreferred ExperienceHOA or residential community securityApartment, condominium, or residential property securityAccess control or front desk securityCustomer service, hospitality, concierge, or other resident-facing experienceProfessional incident and daily activity report writingWhy Join Treston?$18.00–$20.00/hr DOEFull-Time and Part-Time schedules availableConsistent graveyard scheduleResidential security environmentPotential opportunities for additional assignments and growth with Treston Security ServicesApply TodayIf you have an active California Guard Card with the physical card in hand, a valid Driver's License, the required Powers to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force training, and graveyard availability, we encourage you to apply.Qualified candidates will be contacted by the Treston Security Services Recruiting Department regarding next steps.About Treston Security ServicesTreston Security Services is a Veteran-Owned and Operated security company providing professional security services throughout California and beyond.
