Job description
Cleveland Clinic is currently seeking CAAs for opportunities at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights, Ohio (~30 minutes from downtown Cleveland). Hillcrest Hospital, a bustling tertiary care facility and Level 2 Trauma Center, is renowned both regionally and statewide in Ohio for its exceptional healthcare services.
We offer a diverse range of cases that will keep you engaged. We have an exceptionally busy and high‑risk OB department.
We foster a collaborative work environment where CAAs, CRNAs and MDAs share responsibilities and respect each other’s contributions. Our CAAs can actively participate in various committees and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
We provide flexibility in scheduling, allowing CAAs to work different shifts. Most CAAs work either four 10‑hour shifts or a combination of two 8‑hour shifts and two 12‑hour shifts per week. We strive to accommodate scheduling preferences if they align with the organization’s needs. There is occasional weekend call from home, typically an 8‑hour shift once every 4–5 weeks.
