Job description

Cabin & Stock SupervisorThe Cabin & Stock Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cabin cleaning operations to ensure aircraft interiors are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared according to airline standards, safety regulations, and operational timelines. This role supervises cabin cleaning staff, monitors productivity and quality, and ensures compliance with company policies and airport procedures.What you will be doing:Supervise and coordinate daily aircraft cabin cleaning & stock operationsAssign work duties and monitor employee performance to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are metEnsure aircraft cabins, galleys, lavatories, seat areas, and crew compartments are cleaned and sanitized properlyConduct inspections of completed aircraft cleaning to ensure compliance with airline and company standardsTrain, coach, and mentor cabin cleaning employees on safety procedures, cleaning standards, and operational expectationsMonitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and shift coverage as neededEnsure employees follow all safety procedures, security regulations, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Respond to operational changes, flight delays, and quick-turn aircraft requirements efficientlyMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and report maintenance issues promptlyAddress employee concerns, attendance issues, and performance matters professionallyCoordinate with airline representatives, airport operations teams, and management to support operational goalsComplete operational reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and timelyPerform other duties as requestedSafety, Security, Well being and Compliance:You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and well being of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. As such the Company prohibits such misuse and carries out regular testing to enforce our Substance Misuse Policy.What we are looking for:Must be 18 years of age or olderHS Diploma or GEDOne (1) year of aircraft cabin cleaning, janitorial, airline, or airport operations experienceMinimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experienceStrong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced operational environmentAbility to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as neededExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAirline or Airport Operations leadership experienceAirport ramp and aircraft cabin environmentExposure to noise, cleaning chemicals, and varying weather conditionsFast-paced operational setting with strict turnaround deadlinesRequires standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting throughout shiftPossess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representativesAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to bend, kneel, climb, and reach frequentlyAbility to work inside aircraft cabins and confined spaces safelyMust pass pre-employment and random drug testDMV check may be requiredMust be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in EnglishMust meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badgeMust be able to verbally direct in EnglishMust have good hearing and visionMay be required to work weekends, overnight shifts and holidaysTreat all information as confidentialDiversity:Menzies Aviation are a committed equal opportunity employer and encourage applications for suitably qualified and eligible applicants regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, pregnancy, and maternity.
