Cabinet AssemblerNow hiring for a Cabinet Assembler in Saint Cloud, MN. Pay rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Join the crew that gets it done. If your skills and experience are a good match for this role, please apply today.Job duties include:Manufacture commercial cabinets (casework), countertops (laminate and solid surface), die walls, and retail fixtures.Work with manufacturing hand tools, including drills, saws, routers, etc.Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.Ability to identify wood types, plastics, and acrylics.Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and locks onto cabinets.Inspect finished cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards.Education requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience requirements:Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.Preferred qualifications:Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.Knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Cabinet Assembler.Physical capabilities:Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.Benefits:Competitive weekly pay.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life insurance and disability insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-focused manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.About Us:At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
