Now hiring for a Cabinet Assembler

Location: Saint Cloud, MN

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Duties

Manufacture commercial cabinets (casework), countertops (laminate and solid surface), die walls, and retail fixtures.

Work with manufacturing hand tools, including drills, saws, routers, etc.

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.

Ability to identify wood types, plastics, and acrylics.

Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and locks onto cabinets.

Highly motivated and focused.

Inspect finished cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements

Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.

Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.

Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.

Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.

Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.

Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Cabinet Assembler.

xperience in cabinet assembly or similar woodworking field

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Physical dexterity and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time

Proficiency in using hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, and sanders

Problem solving skills

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.

Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift Lbs.

Ability to stand while working.
