Furniture Medic Job OpportunityFurniture Medic is a small shop environment. We hire skilled fabricators and craftsmen to help repair and build cabinets and furniture items associated with insurance claims and moving related damages claims. Requirements:Must have experience building cabinets, face frames, doors and drawers.A complete understanding and experience in usage of cabinet shop machinery to include:Table SawsSandersPlanersShapersand hand/power tools.The ability to design jigs as needed for woodworking machines to do custom door rail designs.The ability to create material lists.Responsibilities:Oversee cabinet projects from beginning to end.Manage all shop processes related to cabinet building and repair tasks.Maintain a clean shop work space.Follow all company filed procedures and protocols.Maintain neatly groomed appearance, per employee handbook.Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.Benefits:Full-time positionHealthcare ReimbursementMonday – Friday work weekPaid vacation/PTOSmall shop environmentWeekly paycheckCompensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hourWhen it comes to expert repair and restoration for fine furniture, cabinetry, millwork, antiques and more, no one does it like Furniture Medic.
