The Norfolk Companies is looking for an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our residential remodeling team.

What You'll Do Lead and perform residential kitchen and bath remodeling projects.
Install cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry components.
Coordinate jobsite activities and keep projects on schedule.
Read and interpret plans, measurements, and installation drawings.
Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot installation challenges.
Coordinate with project managers, team members, and homeowners.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
Strong cabinet installation and finish carpentry skills.
Previous experience leading projects or working with installation teams.
Ability to read construction drawings and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to residential job sites.
