Pantego, TX (DFW Area – In-Shop Role)
Compensation:
$16.50–$20/hr + Overtime + Full Benefits
Schedule: Mon–Thurs 6AM–5PM, Fri 6AM–3:30PM (Occasional overtime)

Anton Cabinetry is hiring a Cabinet Assembler / Production Worker to support our in-shop manufacturing team. You’ll build and assemble custom cabinets, laminate casework, and architectural millwork components used in commercial projects across the U.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with woodworking, cabinet shop, or construction experience who enjoys working with tools and producing high-quality work.
Cut and prepare cabinet parts as needed
• Read and follow shop drawings and cut sheets
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Experience with cabinet assembly, woodworking, or production work
• Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, material calculations)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for tracking work
Cabinet assembly
• Laminate casework fabrication
• Millwork or woodworking shop environment
• Ability to read CAD or detailed shop drawings
• Knowledge of AWI quality standards
• Experience with lean manufacturing or 5S systems
• Vocational training in woodworking or construction
Indoor manufacturing/shop setting (not a travel role)
• Standing, lifting, and working with tools throughout the shift
• Team-based production environment
