Job Description Job Description Timbercraft Cabinetry and Design, LLC is seeking an experienced, skilled & detail oriented CNC operator to join our team.
Job Details:
-Full time, M-F 8am to 5pm
-Pay based on experience ($27-$35/hr)
-Paid holidays, other PTO benefits offered upon hiring
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and properly position materials
Review CNC programs, ability to read drawings, and work orders
Verify dimensions and quality of finished parts, attention to detail is key
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurements
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments
Identify and report machine or production issues
Operate additional woodworking equipment as needed
Occasionally assist in spray booth area
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Manage daily cut lists and maintain schedules to hit completion deadlines
Knowledge of wood properties, grain directions, and material behaviors are a plus
Reliable, good communication skills, able to work as part of a team. We are small and growing operation, everyone is expected to help where needed.
