Shop EmployeeFast growing custom closet and home organization company looking for an experienced woodworking professional to join our manufacturing team.The Shop Employee will work in a manufacturing environment building custom products and operating a variety of woodworking equipment. Candidates should have hands on woodworking experience and be comfortable working with power tools, machinery, and detailed measurements.ResponsibilitiesOperate woodworking and manufacturing equipmentCut, assemble, and prepare materials for productionRead measurements, drawings, and work ordersMaintain quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing processKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeWork efficiently to meet daily production goalsAssist with various manufacturing tasks as neededQualificationsPrevious woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience requiredExperience with an edge bander and sliding table saw preferredCNC operation experience is a plusAbility to accurately read a tape measure and follow measurementsStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable and able to work as part of a teamAbility to safely operate manufacturing equipmentWhat We OfferCompetitive payBenefits availableStable, growing companyOpportunities for advancementPlease only apply if you have previous woodworking or cabinet manufacturing experience.
