This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations using a variety of tools and machinery.Essential Duties:Assemble mechanical components into sub-assemblies or final productsOperate hand tools, power tools, and various equipment, including jigs, dies, fixtures, punch presses, riveting machines, circular shears, and drill pressesPerform tasks such as cutting, filing, punching, reaming, riveting, forming, and fitting partsFit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and tolerancesInspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are metRead and interpret basic blueprintsConduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areaIdentify and correct minor machine malfunctionsRequirements:2-3 years of relevant experience in an assembly or manufacturing environmentAbility to work independently under general supervisionBasic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing tools and processesAttention to detail and commitment to qualityMarmon Industrial Energy and Infrastructure is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to, and prohibits discrimination based on, race, color, religion, age, sex, pregnancy, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
