Cable Print Machine OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Cable Print Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality cable products while working with specialized manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and being part of a team focused on quality and safety, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Safely operate cable print machines to manufacture cable products according to quality standardsRead, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production processesComplete and maintain required production paperwork and data entry recordsUse and maintain hand tools for machine setup, operation, and equipment teardownPerform quality control inspections and checks to ensure products meet specificationsMonitor equipment performance and report issues as neededHigh school diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 years of machine operation experience or strong mechanical aptitudeAt least 2 years of manufacturing experienceAbility to understand how manufacturing equipment works together in a production lineAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to read, write, and follow written instructions in EnglishAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow quality standardsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
