Cable, Wire and Extruder OperatorCoWorx Staffing is seeking Wire and Cable Operators for a leading manufacturer in South Grafton, MA. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work, attention to detail, and working with small components that support high-quality cable and wire products.Shift Information:1st shift 7am-3:30pm M-F $19/hr.2nd 3PM-11:30PM with 30-minute lunch $19/hr. + 10% differential = 20.90 for 2nd shift.3rd shift 11pm-7:30am $23-25/hr. + 15% differential 3RD SHIFT EXTRUDER OPERATOR $24-$32 (plus bonus $3k and $5K). Please note: 3rd shift hires must complete training on 1st shift. Shift differentials do not apply during training.Responsibilities:Set up, run, and break down product on wire & cable equipmentRead and accurately complete required paperworkEnter production data into SAP/computer systemsMonitor and inspect product to ensure it meets specifications and is free of defectsFollow ISO documentation and customer requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members across departmentsPrepare product for transfer to other departmentsPerform light equipment maintenanceSupport company quality, safety, and environmental systemsDesired Background/Skills:High School Diploma or GED2–3 years of manufacturing experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and follow specificationsComfortable using computers/SAPAbility to stand and move throughout the shiftGood hand dexterity for working with small wiresExperience in wire and cable manufacturing3+ years in a manufacturing environmentOff shift will train on 1st shift.
