Cactus Wellhead PositionThis is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Williston, ND.Job Summary: Performs a wide variety of tasks to assemble and test all Cactus or customer products.Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulationsMust complete Short Service Employee (SSE) program for the position, to familiarize with Cactus requirements and specificationsInspect, operate and test completed products to verify functioning and conformance to requirementsPosition and/or align components for assembly, manually or using hoistsVerify parts clearances and fit upAdjust, repair, rework or replace parts and assemblies to eliminate malfunctions and to ensure proper operationRead and interpret assembly drawings or operation manualsMaintain and lubricate parts or componentsRemove rough spots and smooth surfaces to fit, trim or clean parts, use of hand tools or power toolsPerform other regular duties as assigned or requestedEducation, Training, Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of 0-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: None required.Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Ability to read and understand detailed instruction drawings and specifications on wellhead equipment and valves.Knowledge of good document control and process flowKnowledge of how parts are assembled tested and painted and the tools and equipment used to accomplish it.Knowledge of Quality SystemSupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee for this position.
