Dental Cad/Cam ManagerA growing dental laboratory is seeking an experienced Dental Cad/Cam Manager to lead and support its digital design team.This role is ideal for a strong Cad/Cam professional who combines advanced technical knowledge with leadership, organization, and the ability to guide a team in a fast-paced dental lab environment. The right candidate will oversee digital design workflows, support quality standards, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve efficiency across the department.This opportunity offers a competitive compensation package, premium benefits, incentive opportunities, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and mentor Cad/Cam designers and digital team membersHelp manage daily workflow, case assignments, scheduling, and production prioritiesReview digital designs for accuracy, function, fit, and overall qualityEnsure cases meet internal quality standards and doctor/customer expectationsSupport complex case planning and provide technical guidance to the teamHelp improve Cad/Cam procedures, workflow consistency, and department efficiencyTroubleshoot digital design, scanning, printing, milling, and software-related issuesWork with lab leadership and other departments to support smooth production flowMonitor department performance and help identify areas for improvementAssist with equipment, materials, and resource planning as neededQualifications5–7 years of dental laboratory Cad/Cam experience preferredStrong experience with digital dental design workflowsProficiency with software and platforms such as 3Shape, Exocad, Meshmixer, desktop scanners, 3D printers, and/or CNC millsPrior experience supervising, training, or managing a team preferredStrong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, case design, and production standardsAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and support digital production needsStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize deadlines and manage workflow in a busy lab environmentCdt certification is a plus but not requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredCompensation & Benefits$80,000–$100,000 per year, based on experienceIncentive opportunities availablePremium benefits packageRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an experienced Cad/Cam dental technician or digital lab leader who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting team development, and improving digital production processes.
