Job Description
Position Summary
Detail-oriented design professional specializing in Autodesk Revit for both 2D and 3D drafting. Demonstrates a consistent record of producing accurate, fully coordinated construction drawing packages
(Drafters are required to submit work before interview)
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
* Produce comprehensive construction documentation packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
* Manage document control processes, including versioning, approvals, and audit readiness.
* Lead and coordinate Revit teams, setting standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
* Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless project coordination and clash resolution.
* Develop and deliver Revit-based training programs to improve team capability and standardization.
* Support project delivery across commercial and data center sectors, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical specifications.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for both drafting and model coordination.
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and legacy drawing support.
* Proficiency in Bluebeam for document review, markup, and collaboration workflows.
* Strong understanding of construction documentation standards and practices.
* Proven understanding in managing Revit and workflows.
* Ability to conduct and interpret markups and revisions accurately.
* Effective communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience with SolidWorks
* Experience with AutoCAD Electrical
