Join Sam’s Club as a Cafe Associate —a flexible, part‑time role that brings fresh, high‑quality food and friendly service directly to our members. As a cafe associate you’ll create a welcoming, efficient environment where customers can enjoy a quick, comfort‑food experience.
Base Pay Range
$18.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Packing ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.

Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years old.
Successful completion of all job‑related trainings and assessments within the required time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Food Service experience.
Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Competitive Pay and Incentives
In addition to the base pay range, additional compensation in the form of premiums may be available (up to $3.00/hr) based on schedule, facility, and specific work performed.
