Job description
Bluestone Lane in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager for our café to set the tone, energize the team, and drive profitability. You will lead a high-performing staff, oversee service standards, manage labor costs, and ensure a consistent Steps of Service that elevates guest experience.
You will own sales performance, control costs, optimize inventory, and partner with front and back of house to deliver quality food and a welcoming environment.
