Job description
Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for a General Manager to lead both FOH and BOH operations at our corporate cafe. You will perform managerial duties, plus some cooking tasks, while recruiting, training, and developing the cafe team.
You will ensure guest experience, safety, and product quality, and lead the cafe to meet and exceed sales goals. Expect a fast-paced, high-visibility role working with our Corporate Support Center.
