Job description
Equator Coffees in Larkspur, CA seeks a Café General Manager to lead the cafe team and deliver an exceptional coffee experience. This exempt, full-time role reports to the District Manager and oversees shifts, baristas, and food prep staff.
You will hire and develop talent, manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and store financials while driving sales and customer satisfaction. ServSafe certification and strong leadership are required.
