Job description
La Madeleine French Bakery & Café is seeking a General Manager to lead daily café operations, drive guest experiences, and coach a talented team. You will manage opening/closing, uphold standards of cleanliness and safety, and execute local marketing to grow revenue and community ties.
The role requires 3+ years in restaurant general management, strong financial acumen, and ServSafe certification (or the ability to obtain).
