Job description
Tatte Bakery & Café is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Wellesley, MA, to work with the General Manager in all café operations and hospitality. You will lead, train, and inspire a front-of-house team while upholding Tatte’s standards in service, quality, and guest experience.
The AGM partners with the Cafe Head Chef and Back of House to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain cleanliness and safety, and drive business results with a customer-first approach.
