Job description
Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead store operations, energize the team, and deliver a welcoming guest experience. You will model the culture, set expectations, and coach staff on service standards and quality.
You’ll manage scheduling, labor, inventory, food safety, and performance metrics, while partnering with owners and leaders to drive labor targets, sales, and guest satisfaction—creating future leaders along the way.
