Great American Cookies in Broussard, LA is seeking a Shift Leader/Cake Decorator to decorate cakes and cookies, supervise frontline staff, and ensure high-quality orders. You will work closely with management to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining store standards.
Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in retail/food service management, 1-2 years cake decorating, and strong communication. Must be 18+, ready to multitask, and provide excellent service.
