Job description
Makers Market seeks an experienced District Manager to lead our California retail stores, coach Store Managers, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and community engagement as you open new stores and support makers across the region.
You will travel between stores in Mill Valley, Napa, Lafayette, and Santana Row, building teams, optimizing operations, and promoting the Makers Market brand and mission.
