Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Employment Attorney in California to advocate for clients across wage/hour disputes, PAGA, discrimination, and wrongful termination matters. The role combines litigation, client counseling, and compliance guidance with a path toward partnership.
The ideal candidate is admitted to the California State Bar, has 2–6+ years in employment law, and experience in employment defense litigation, including PAGA and wage/hour issues.
