Job description
MES Life Safety is seeking aDirector of Sales to lead the California Fire business unit. You will develop and execute a regional strategy, deepen relationships with fire departments, and drive profitable growth across California.
The role requires strong leadership, first-responder market experience, and the ability to manage complex, long-cycle deals with manufacturers and internal teams. Travel across California is expected.
