California Opportunity: Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Head & Neck Surgeon
We are seeking skilled, board-certified Otolaryngologists (ENT) / Head & Neck Surgeons to perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) throughout California .
This is an excellent opportunity to earn supplemental income on a contract (1099) basis while maintaining a flexible schedule based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities
Review Medical Records: Analyze patient records related to ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions or injuries
Conduct Physical Examinations: Perform in-person ENT evaluations
Address Clinical Questions: Provide objective medical opinions and respond to case-specific questions from insurance carriers
Prepare Reports: Complete clear, comprehensive IME reports within a 5-day turnaround time

In-Person Exams: Majority of evaluations conducted face-to-face
Qualifications
Board Certification: Must be board-certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Experience: Prior IME experience preferred, but not required
Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
