Job description
Working Families Party in California is seeking a Senior Finance Director to set and drive the fundraising strategy for the state. You will own the California revenue plan, manage high-capacity donors, and build the infrastructure to meet multi-cycle goals.
You will lead staff and consultants, coordinate with the Director of Individual Giving, and work across compliance, legal, and finance operations to maximize donor engagement and ensure strategic alignment with California priorities.
