Call Center Representative
Tucson, AZ | Full-Time | $17.50/hour | Paid Training
Pay includes $17.00 base and $0.50 on-site differential + monthly bonus
This role is on-site at our Tucson facility. Please apply only if you are able to work in person at our Tucson location.
Help customers solve problems that need a human touch.
We’re hiring Customer Service & Solutions Advisors to support customers for a leading telecommunications provider.
Customers may use automated or AI-assisted support before reaching you, so you’ll focus on conversations that require problem-solving, empathy, judgment, and personalized solutions .
What You’ll Do
Listen, ask questions, and uncover what customers really need
Research and resolve account, billing, service, device, and technical concerns
Troubleshoot issues requiring additional support
Recommend and sell products, services, upgrades, or additional lines based on customer needs
Confidently handle frustrated or challenging customers
Help retain customers by finding solutions that address their concerns
Navigate multiple systems and resources to resolve customer concerns
Work toward established customer experience and performance goals

What are the qualifications to be a Customer Service Representative at Afni?
