CAM Field SpecialistsLocation: Wellington CO 80549 Duration: 12+ Months Shift Details: 21 days on / 7 days off rotation Per diem: $30/daySummary: The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. Attain excellence in learning and competency events. Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. Mentor others as required. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.Experience & Skills Preferred backgrounds:Farm & ranch workOutdoor labor rolesCasing or well services experience (on-call environments especially valued)No formal oil & gas experience required, but can be helpfulKey Skills & TraitsReliability (good attendance, answering phone, availability)Adaptability (willingness and ability to learn different wells, customers, rigs, schedules)ConsistencySociable/outgoing personality (frequent interaction with different crews)Education & Certification RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredSchedule21 days on / 7 days off rotationOn-call 24/7 during on-rotationCalls may come at any time (midnight, early morning, etc.)Work EnvironmentWell sites and rigsVariable job types (long-duration operations vs short deliveries)TrainingClient provides all equipment trainingNEST training (local if available) and MVT in Kellyville, OKInterview ProcessOn-site interviews
