Job description
YMCA Camp Immokalee is seeking a Program Director, Camp Experience & Events to provide year‑round leadership for its programs, experiences, and traditions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Camping, this role owns planning, development, quality, and execution of engaging, safe camper experiences.
You will lead and develop the program team across Target Sports, Aquatics, Creative, Land, Retreat, and other areas, setting expectations, staffing, training, and alignment with YMCA standards.
