As the Administrator, you will assist in providing training support to team members and call center employees and serve as a point of escalation to resolve more complex issues. The Campaign Administrator will:Determine anticipated call volume and staff vacancy impact to current day call strategyExecute scheduled campaigns in adherence with established policies for purposes of regulatory and/or investor complianceProvide guidance and day to day support to lines of business, including troubleshooting Campaign related issues and escalationsAssist Queue and Workforce Management teams as neededRecommend changes for dialer system settings to improve call efficiencyCommunicate outline of daily campaign strategy to supported lines of businessPerform other related duties as required and assignedDemonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.What You'll Bring:Associate's degree or equivalent work experience1+ years of relevant work experienceMust be highly proficient in Excel and WordWorking knowledge SQLFinancial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferredWhy You Should Join:As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
