About the Opportunity
Arise Enterprise is currently hiring an Entry-Level Campaign Specialist to join our growing team in the Port Townsend, WA area .
This position is ideal for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. Campaign Specialists work directly with customers while supporting the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and helping create positive customer experiences.
Our team represents nationally recognized brands and services, including campaigns involving
AT&T products and services .
No extensive industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing development for individuals interested in building their professional skills and growing into leadership opportunities.
What You'll Do
Engage directly with customers to build relationships and identify potential opportunities
Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts
Educate customers on client products, services, and current promotions
Assist with the daily execution of sales and marketing campaigns
Provide customers with accurate information and help identify solutions based on their needs
Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training
Work alongside team members and management to achieve campaign goals
Track customer interactions, sales activity, and campaign performance
Assist with customer questions throughout the sales process
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Support new client initiatives and campaign strategies
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or related experience is a plus
Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face environment
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
