Job description
Barnes & Noble College is seeking a customer-focused General Manager to lead a store or group of stores with multi-million dollar annual volumes. You will work with campus partners and your management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and maintain the distinctive bookselling culture that defines our brand.
You will hire, train, and develop managers and staff, supervise merchandising and inventory, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
