Job description
Barnes & Noble College seeks a Department Manager to lead a store department, delivering exceptional customer service, coaching staff, and maintaining inventory and merchandising standards. You’ll partner with campus stakeholders and store leadership to ensure a seamless, customer-focused shopping experience.
You will recruit, train, and develop team members; analyze sales and operational metrics; manage schedules; and uphold safety, loss prevention, and policy compliance.
