Capital Group Rotational Program Data & Technology Track Associate - US - Charlotte

What You'll Do

The Data & Technology Track consists of three rotational assignments completed over two years, providing exposure to teams thatleveragedata, analytics, and technology to support Capital Group's investment process, business strategy, and client experience.Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as:

Data & Analytics: Leverage business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and visualization tools to support decision-making and business outcomes.

Data Science: Apply advanced analytics, modeling,artificialintelligenceand quantitative approaches to generate insights and solve business challenges.

Digital Products & User Experience: Support the development of digital tools, platforms, and user-focused solutions that enhance business and client experiences.

Data Strategy & Solutions: Contribute toenterprise data initiatives and help translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Additional Data & Technology Functions: Gain exposure to other teams driving innovation, analytics, and technology transformation across Capital Group.

Across rotations, associates may analyze complex datasets, develop reports and visualizations, supportdata and AIinitiatives, evaluate business requirements, and help create data-driven solutions that inform decision-making and improve business outcomes. In addition to on-the-job learning, associatesparticipatein Capital Group'sCore Skills Academy , a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources.

Interest inleveragingdata, analytics, technology, and emerging tools to drive innovation and business outcomes

Experience working with data, analyzing complex information, and translating insights into actionable recommendations

Experience applying analytical, quantitative, or technical skills through coursework, projects, internships, research, or extracurricular activities

Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, business intelligence, or analytical tools

Foundational programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL, R, Spark, or similar technologies) and interest in continuing to develop technical skills

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree withan anticipatedgraduation date between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027

Minimumcumulative GPA of 3.0

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Degree ina quantitative, analytical, technology, engineering, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, statistics, finance, information systems, or related field preferred

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $72,542-$116,067 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
