Hartford Healthcare seeks a Campus Care Hybrid Psychiatric APP to deliver compassionate mental health services across campus and virtual settings. In this role, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care. You will participate in case conferences, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and support crisis intervention when needed.
