Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Campus Care Hybrid Psychiatric APP to provide comprehensive mental health care across campus-based and virtual settings. In this role, you will conduct psychiatric assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe and adjust medications, and coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and campus partners. You’ll support crisis intervention, provide psychoeducation, and promote wellness programs.
