Job description
As Catering Manager for ARAMARK at Jacksonville University, you will lead daily catering operations for campus events, meetings, and special functions. You will manage a team of foodservice staff, coordinate event logistics, and ensure high-quality food presentation and service. Responsibilities include menu planning with culinary teams, forecasting and ordering supplies, scheduling and training staff, controlling costs, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.
