We are looking for a Director of Environmenal Services to oversee the overall responsibility for campus buildings and grounds in addition to overseeing environmental services at the Care Center (SNF). Environmental Services in the SNF includes but is not limited to laundry, housekeeping, custodial, and maintenance staff ensuring that the facility is a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
This Position Includes
80 hours every two weeks
Monday through Friday

Supervises the SNF Environmental Services Department including but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, custodial, and maintenance staff
Develops and maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program for the Campus
Promotes a safe work environment
Responsible for Ebenezer Van/Bus maintenance and upkeep
Performs all other duties as assigned
Complies with all policy and standards
Required Qualifications
Associate of Arts Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
1 year One to Three Years
Experience with mechanical equipment
Special Class C Boilers License within 1 Year
Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
Medical Exam Certification
Must be at least 18-years old
Must be insurable under the employers Auto Insurance Coverage
Must complete and pass in-house transportation curriculum course and pass driving evaluation. within 30 Days
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Plant Maintenance or related field
3 to 5 years of experience

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
