Tricoci University of Beauty Culture prepares students for careers in cosmetology, esthetics, barbering, and nail technology through hands-on, career-focused education. As Campus Director, you will play a central leadership role in guiding campus performance, supporting student success, and strengthening the connection between education and career outcomes. You will work across campus functions to foster accountability, build a strong team culture, and ensure the campus operates effectively in support of both academic and business goals.
Responsibilities
Lead daily campus operations to improve student outcomes and business performance.
Manage campus budgets, payroll, and operational efficiency against financial targets.
Coach, develop, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing campus team.
Ensure compliance with accreditation, state, and federal education regulations.
Build community and industry partnerships to strengthen campus visibility and placement outcomes.
2+ years of leadership experience managing campus operations.
Experience managing staff performance, coaching team members, and supporting a high-performing staff culture.
Experience improving or overseeing student outcomes.
Experience with budget management and payroll oversight in an educational setting.
Knowledge of accreditation standards and state and federal education regulatory compliance.
Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with staff and community partners.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Holding a teacher's license in Cosmetology or Esthetics in the state of Illinois is a plus.
