Job description
The University of Akron seeks a seasoned facilities operations leader to manage the HVAC department, including Building Automation, the Energy Center and HVAC distribution, ensuring a safe, comfortable teaching and learning environment for students and staff.
You will supervise the HVAC superintendents, develop training for supervision and skilled trades, oversee hiring and disciplinary actions, and drive campus energy management strategies.
