Job description
Monmouth University seeks a Director of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to lead the campus-wide EHS program on the West Long Branch campus. This in-person role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, NJDEP and university policies, directing training, incident response, and safety audits.
The director will liaise with campus partners, oversee hazardous materials management, and coordinate fire, life-safety, and facilities safety initiatives, with occasional evenings and on-call work required.
