Longview is seeking an experienced Facilities Director to provide strategic leadership for its 34‑acre Ithaca campus, overseeing maintenance, grounds, safety, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with regulations.
The role reports to the CEO, is exempt and full-time, with a pay range of $80,000–$95,000 and typical Monday–Friday hours, plus on‑call emergencies. Strong leadership and safety oversight are essential.
