Job description
St. Norbert College in West De Pere, Wisconsin seeks a Store Manager for Phil’s Grill and the C-Store to lead daily operations, supervise student staff, and ensure top service and food safety.
You will manage inventory, payroll, training, and scheduling, coordinating with Retail Operations leadership to meet budget goals while upholding HACCP standards. Occasional evenings and weekend shifts may be required.
