Alpha School seeks a Director of Client Relations to lead campus family engagement, guide alignment, and community trust. You will greet families, support guides in sensitive student situations, and host events that reinforce retention and advocacy.
You will defend the AI-powered learning model, explain its power and limits, and ensure high expectations are met across campus communications and decisions.
