Job description
Chick-fil-A at Iowa State Memorial Union in Ames, IA is launching Fall 2026 and seeks a Hospitality Leader to help build the culture from the ground up. You’ll lead Front of House and coach teammates, shaping how the team works together to deliver care to guests.
This role opens and closes shifts, troubleshoots POS, and represents the Chick-fil-A brand on campus, fostering strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff while creating a welcoming, efficient service environment.
