Job description
Long Island University seeks an Associate Director of Campus Life to lead operational aspects of student engagement, oversee clubs, fraternities/sororities, and large-scale programs. The role includes serving as a Success Coach for a caseload, guiding academics, financial aid navigation, and career readiness.
You will collaborate with campus partners to foster belonging, monitor outcomes, ensure FERPA/Clery compliance, and support orientation, welcome week, and commencement events.
