Job description
Baptist Convention of New Mexico is seeking a full-time director for the Christian Challenge (BCM) ministry at Western New Mexico University in Silver City. This campus ministry position aims to reach the university community with the gospel, raise up disciplemakers, and mobilize laborers for the harvest.
The salary for this position is partially funded, and the director will be expected to personally raise additional salary funds to support the ministry and its activities.
